Log in to the server via the EsaApplicationService account.Ģ. To install Office 2019, please follow the steps below:ġ. Due to a bug in that specific installer, the Installer.bat file doesn't reinstall Office suite even if it's selected. There may be a situation where you need to uninstall and reinstall Office 2019 through the 10.1 installer package. (Please check the Compatibility Matrix for more details). Veritas eDiscovery Platform 10.1 and above supports the installation of Microsoft Office 2019 on the supported Windows OS.
